Calling all Graduates of 2013

Whether you are graduating from High School, running start or your 4 year college, even a technical school and no matter what age we want to know about it.  We would also love a baby picture and a senior picture if this is the first time graduating.  If you are furthering your studies and graduating please feel free to send us in a  new graduationpicture.  Send all pictures to pics@lifewayconnect.com.  We will need all pictures by 28.

Youth Famine May 17 & 18 2013!

Feed your 5,000 begins May 17 & 18, it really begins when you start fundraising. Included here is your permission form for the event.  Contact Mike Freeman for your donation envelope.  This is sure to be an event that will change the way you look at the world and yourself.

Middle School Tuesday Night Group

Tuesday Night Middle School group , join us at 7 p.m. for a night of fun and learning. Our last Tuesday for the holiday break will be December 11, where we will throw our Christmas Party.
Wear your best Christmas attire! Tuesday night  Middle School will resume January 8, 2013

High School Friday Night Group!

Join us on Friday nights  at 7 p.m. for worship, and study and fun with Pastor Mike Freeman. Friday night
High school group is taking a break for the holidays.  We will resume on January 4th for parent night.
The Union Gospel Mission trip is scheduled for December 17 from 4-9:15 p.m.

P.I.T. Crew Coming Soon! February 2013

The PIT Crew, or Partners in Transformation, is about relationships and growth.
In High School PIT Crews, a handful of high school youth will partner weekly with an adult mentor of the same gender who will walk with them through the challenges of being a teenager. In our Middle School PIT Crews, an adult leader and their high school apprentice will meet with monthly with their group of guys or gals.

In these relationships, the emphasis is on transformation through friendship, prayer and God’s Word.

Those in a PIT Crew will meet weekly to talk about what is going on in life, pray for one another, and consider what God has said and how it applies to their current situations.

If you are a youth looking for some authentic relationships and to grow in Christ, or if you are an adult interested in mentoring, contact Mike Freeman and get plugged into a PIT Crew.
